I am based between two locations Welkom and Kuruman but currently I spend most of my time in and around Kuruman. I am passionate in working within the mental health care industry and brought up with experience and an understanding of small businesses. A hard-working young adult that enjoys learning anything new, painting, listening to music, meeting new people, and with a perseverance of improving the well-being of individuals and communities in any way possible. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you can overcome them with confidence. My approaches are solution-focused, trauma, and life skills and assets-based. I employ a collaborative environment and utilize empathic, direct communication, honesty, and challenge clients. Furthermore, I guide healing, self-acceptance, resiliency, self-actualization, and goals set out by the client.
